KITCHIN OF WETHERBY

George and Grace (Kitchin) Turner of Wetherby had a son Edward Turner who lived in Leeds. Edward Turner was a witness at the marriage of William Crosland and Sarah Kitchin at Leeds in 1845, Sarah being a daughter of Kelita and Sarah (Wilkinson) Kitchin. This supports the placement of Grace (Kitchin) Turner in this family.

There is also corroboration from DNA matches, with Ruth Margaret (Daniels) Davies, a descendant of George and Grace (Kitchin) Turner, having a 20 cM match with a descendant of Johnson and Elizabeth (Hornshaw) Kitchin and a 9 cM match with a descendant of Kelita and Sarah (Wilkinson) Kitchin.[1]
