3 JOHN KITTOW of Polkerris, Tywardreath, huer, was buried on 13 July 1669 at Tywardreath.[13] He married JANE HAWKINS, daughter of John and Pascus Hawkins[14] (see here).

[7] He may be the one of that name buried on 6 Aug 1656 at Tywardreath, although that could be his namesake son.

One of the witnesses was Bennett Pardew and one of the men who took the inventory of John’s estate was Henry Hawkins of the parish of Creed. The 1640 will of John Hawkins of Grampound in the parish of Creed mentions his brother Henry Hawkins, sister Jane Kittow, “John Kittows Children” and Bennett Pardew. The inventory of John Hawkins the elder of Grampound, also dated 1640, mentions his wife Paschas, and administration was granted to his son Henry Hawkins.
