WILL
In
the name of God Amen I Richard Bullock of the parish of Lanyvett
in the County of Cornwall yeaman being Sick of Body
but of perfict mind and memory praised be God for the
Same And Considering the uncertainty of this Life doe make this my Last Will
and Testament in manner and forme Followling
[sic] first I Commend my Soul to God my Creator my Body to the Earth from
whence it was taken to a decent Christian Buriall as
my Executor hereafter named shall think fitt and Conveniant And as Tuching such
worldly Estate as the Lord hath Lent me my Will is the same shall be bestowed
as hereafter is Expressed And I doe Revock all other Wills and Testaments by me formerly made
and doe declare this my Last Will and Testament
Imprms I Give and bequeave unto my Wife Florance
Bullock one Bedfrunshed att
her owne disposel and the
use of one Cow And necessaries of Houselgoods during
her Life and after her decease to my Executor

I Give unto my son Thomas Bullock Tenn pounds to be
paid him six months after my decease and five pounds Two years after my decease
if he shall then be liveing

I Give unto my son William Bullock thirty shillings a yeare
during his Life
Item
I Give unto my Grandson Richard Bullock my Son William Bullock Son Six pound to
be paid him att the ag[e] of twelve years old and
seven pound to be paid him att the age sixteen years
old And seven pound to be paid him att the age of twentyone years old And my will and meaning is that if the
said Richard Bullock shall happen to die before he hath received the said sumes the remaining part or the whole to be paid unto my
son William Bullock other Children then Liveing

I Give unto my Daughter Thomsin Thomas five pound to be
paid her one year after the Decease of my wife if she so long Live
Item
All the rest of my Goods and Chattles I Give and bequeave unto my son Richard Bullock Whome
I doe make Constitute and appointe
my Executor of this my Last Will and Testament he paying and discharging all my
Debts and Legacies In Wittness
Whereof I have hereunto sett my hand and seal this seventh day of february in the year 1714
