I Jane Gross of The parish of lanivett in The County of Cornwall widow, being weak of Body but of A perfect memory Thancks be to God for it, doe make and ordaine this to be my last will and Testament in mannor and form following, first I bequeath my soul to God that gave it, my Body to The Earth for Christiane Buriall, and as for such goods and Chattles as God hath given me as followeth,
Imrs I give to my son John Gross ten shillings and six pence
Item I give to my son Nicolas Gross ten shillings and six pence
Item I give to my son Henry Gross ten shillings and six pence
Item I give to my daughter Mary the wife of Francis Sloger ten shillings and six pence
Item I give to my daughter Jane the wife of John Verran ten shillings and six pence
Item I give to my daughter Elizabeth the wife of Thomas Bullock ten shillings and six pence to be paid one year after my decease
Item I give to my daughter Ann Gross on Feather Bed furnish and Twenty pounds in money the money to be paid one year after my death
Item All The rest of my goods and Chattles I give and bequeat to my son Walter Gross and do make him my whole and sole executor of this my last will and Testament revokeing all former wills by me att any Time made, he paying my debts legaces and funerall Charges declareing this and no other to be my last will and Testament as wittness my hand and seall this first day of June one Thousand seaven Hundred seaven Three
