This is the last Will and Testament of me Epiphany Bullock
Daniels of 16 Blandford gardens Leeds in the county
of Yorkshire made this second day of January in the year of our Lord One
thousand nine hundred and twenty two. I hereby revoke all wills by me at any
time heretofore made. I appoint Lorenzo Daniels & Edward Tetley to be my
Executors and I direct that all my just debts and funeral and testamentary
expenses shall be paid as soon as possible after my decease. I hereby give and
bequeath unto my son Lorenzo Daniels the whole of my household furniture & effects.
I instruct my Executors at their discretion as soon as possible after my
decease to realize my shares & call in any monies of which I may be
possessed & to divide the same equally share & share alike between my
sons Harry Charles Norman & Lancelot & my daughter Janie Tetley. I
leave to my daughter the said Janie Tetley my
clothing & jewellery knowing that she will give them to anyone deserving
same. I expressly state that the sum of Twenty pounds lent to my son Harry
shall not come into this account as I hereby discharge the same. Should any of
my children predecease me I direct that such child’s share shall go to his or
her issue.
